He was predeceased by: his wife Gladys Barnett (Reynolds); and his siblings, Carl Barnett, Roy Barnett, Jerry Barnett, Theda Cornish and Stella Ballard.
He is survived by: his son Dale Barnett of Batesville; his brothers, Gene Barnett (Erma Lou) of Batesville and Charles Barnett (Lorine) of Mount Pleasant; his grandchildren, Charles Barnett of Batesville, Krystal Barnett Trammel of Batesville and Shay Barnett of Batesville; and his great grandchildren, Kyler Grissom, Chance Barnett, Lawson Simmons and Braden Simmons.
