He was predeceased by: his sisters, Willine Keller, Christine Keller and Bernice Kessinger. He is survived by: his wife Colene Bell Foster; his daughter Clifette Rogers (Jay) of Jeanette Jernigan; his grandchildren, Clif Jernigan, Jacob Jernigan and Candace Rogers; and his great grandchild Caden Jernigan of Brody Jernigan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
