He was predeceased by: his father Tom Snelgrove; and his grandson Timothy Sterling Mitchell. He is survived by: his wife Connie Beth Snelgrove (Edwards); his children, David J. Snelgrove (Amy) of Murphy, Texas and Lisa L. Mitchell (Jim) of Orlando, Florida; his sister Tommie Snelgrove Hively (T. J.) of Fayetteville; and his grandchildren, Grace Mitchell Wood, Evan Mitchell and Claire Snelgrove. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
