It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billie Dwayne Fulbright (Batesville, Arkansas), who passed away on July 1, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Billie Dwayne may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Claud Everett Fulbright and Lillie Mae Fulbright (Duncan); and his granddaughter Kayla Barber. He is survived by: his children, Rondel Dewayne Fulbright of Spring Mill and Schellie Lynn May of Salado; his siblings, Thomas Fulbright (Linda), Velena Womack (Gary) and Betty Huff; his grandchildren, Jordan Barber and Samantha Brooks (Todd); and his great grandchildren, Lucca Lamme and Aaron Brooks. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
