She was predeceased by: her husband Ray Dowell; her siblings, Mabel, Jayne, Faye, Anita, Lyle, Woodrow and Jerry; her sons, Charles Ray Dowell, Hugh Dowell and Tommy Dowell; and her granddaughters, Karen Dowell, Deanna Dowell and Mary Ann Mickalic.
She is survived by: her children, Harry Dowell, Gary Dowell (Eva) and Glenna Reschke of Amity; her sisters, Molly Leneaux of Nevada and Dutsy McCurdy of Pennsylvania; her grandchildren, Tiny Dowell (LaDonna), Brad Dowell, Johnny Hugh Dowell, Angel Bufford (Galvin), Amy O'Brien (Shawn), Tommy Lee Dowell, Dana Sullivan (Jordan), Michael Reschke, Kristal Reschke, Gary Wayne Dowell (Erika) and Stacey Clark (Lonnie); and her brothers, Chuck Miller and Jonathan. She is also survived by great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
