She was predeceased by: her parents, Flora Smith and Mattie Wink Smith; her former husband Willard Hall; her husband Ermyle Phillips; and her sisters, Dorothy Clouse, Margie McDoniel, Ireta Fitzsimmons and Geneva Melton.
She is survived by: her children, Eric Hall (Tammy) of Batesville, Sharon Selph of Conway and Ruth Gay of Southside; her sisters, Helen Ruminer of Batesville, Linda Wilson of Batesville and Gail Morgan (Jimmie) of Rosie; her grandchildren, Christine Thomas (Wade) and Brandon Gay (Shawna); her great grandchildren, Sarah Wadsworth, Mersadies Gay, Jentry Gay and Joy Gay; and her great great grandchildren, Jaxon Wadsworth and Adaline Green. She is also survived by one niece and several nephews with a host of other relatives and friends.
