He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Magar and Edith Magar (White); his brothers, Milton Magar and Ricky Magar; and his sister-in-law Sandra Magar.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret Barrett Magar; his daughter Alicyn Magar Goff (Jacob) of Southside; his grandson Barrett Leroy Daniel Goff; and his siblings, Susie Satterwhite (Vernon) of Cave City and Randy Magar (Lori) of Springdale, AR. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, nephews and good friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, October 27th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Roller-Crouch Funeral Home (510 E College Ave, Batesville, AR 72501). A funeral service was held on Monday, October 28th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the First Missionary Baptist Church (112 A S Main St., Cave City, AR 72521).
