It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judith Billingsley in Barling, Arkansas, born in East Saint Louis, Illinois, who passed away on March 31, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Gabe Strong and Louise Strong. She is survived by: her sister Diane O'Day; her brother-in-law Andy LePeau; her children, Dave Billingsley (Mary Beth), Donna Hite (Mark) and Dan Billingsley (Amber); her husband Ward; and her daughter Diana. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.
