She was predeceased by: her parents, Mark James and Jewell Scroggins (Cox); her husband Willie "Bill" Dean; her sons, Randy and Franklin Dean; and her brother Ray Scroggins.
She is survived by: her son Rick Dean of Greenwood; her grandchildren, Leigh Ann, Jordan and Ricky; and her siblings, Margaret Fredricks, Sharon Danzake and Billy Scoggins. She is also survived by many great grandchildren.
