He was predeceased by: his father Will Roy Lewis. He is survived by: his mother Barbara Jean Lewis (Kenney) of Barling; his siblings, Roy Lewis of Barling and Tammy Pate (Eugene) of North Carolina; and his close friend Cindy Hensley of Lavaca. He is also survived by one niece and several nephews.
