It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carl Martin of Barling, Arkansas, born in Van Buren, Arkansas, who passed away on May 25, 2021, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Lee Martin, Sr. and Alneada Peggy Shuttle; his wife Becky Rainwater Martin; and his sister Marcella Withworth.
