He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonio P. Ramirez and Maria Valdez Ramirez; his wife Edna M. Hollon Ramirez; his son Hal D. Spencer; and his siblings, Leadro Ramirez, Hendry Ramirez, Alix Ramirez and Maria C. Ramirez.
He is survived by: his children, Robert Spencer, Donna Munn of Arkansas, Diane Harkema of Nevada, Debbie Ingram of Texas and Denise Townsend of Greenwood, Arkansas. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren and 38 great-grandchildren.
