It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Zachary Taylor Bascue (Bald Knob, Arkansas), who passed away on January 23, 2022, at the age of 33, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his daughter Violet Bascue; his parents, Johnny Bascue of Bald Knob and Dana Smith of Austin, Texas; his stepmother Barbara Bascue of Bald Knob; his grandparents, Evelyn Koper of East End and Kelly Koper of Florida; his siblings, Donna Moline, Sheila Carpenter, Paula Parker, Ashley Ford, Angela Turner and Jaime Terris; and his brother-in-law Brandon Ford. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

“I worked with Zach in Deer Park,Tx just got the news and am very sorry to hear of his passing. He was hired right after me in 2019. He was one of the good guys at work that would help new hires learn the ropes. I talked to him quite a bit as he was a nice guy. He’d always find a way to bring up his daughter and how much he loved her. A good guy and proud papa. He’ll most definitely be missed.”
