She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Whitener and Henrietta Guthrie Whitener; her husband Woodrow V. Rhew; her daughter Barbara Stockton; and her granddaughter Sarah Stockton.
She is survived by: her daughter Debby Simmons (Jim); her grandchildren, Tessa Scott, Abbi Kontz (Adam), George Stockton, John Stockton (Rebecca) and Dr. Jacob Hendricks (Dawna); her great grandchildren, Rachel Stockton, Emma Stockton, Geoffrey Scott, Zachary Jarvis and Brandon Scott; and her siblings, Betty Dunn and Freddy Whitener.
Due to Covid 19 restrictions a private family graveside will be held.
