He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Melvin Stoner, Sr. and Nanie Stoner (Verdict). He is survived by: his children, Mel Kelley Stoner of Stuttgart and Kim Leicht of Mena; his sister Wanda Grace Yurcic of California; and his grandchildren, Larry Leicht, Kassie Wisener, Brittany Davis, Eric Davis and Brooke Davis. He is also survived by several great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
