He was predeceased by: his mother Marguerite Moody Cooley Burchfield; his sister Glenda Louise Cooley; and his grandsons, Jordan Michael Worley and Nathan Kyle Worley. He is survived by: his wife Glendolyn Durham Cooley; his siblings, Donald Cooley (Sue) of Bald Knob, Joe Burchfield (Ida Mae) of Bald Knob, Linnie Faye Pierce of Bartlett and Brenda Williams (Rufus); his daughters, Glenda Worley (Michael) of Russellville, Karon Henderson (Pat) of England and Alesia King (Darrel) of Bald Knob; and his grandchildren, Dr. Kara Worley-Jones (Mike) of Hamburg, Aimee Nichol (Sean) of Little Rock, Jamey Miller (Tina) of Judsonia and Timothy Dollar of Dover.
