With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Melda Jorene Wells of Bald Knob, Arkansas, born in Russell, Arkansas, who passed away on July 17, 2024 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Johnson and Inez Johnson (Norman); her husband Harold Wells, Sr.; her stepfather Charles Miller; her granddaughter Kari White; and her great grandchild Jackson Bryce Wells.
She is survived by: her children, Harold Wells, Jr., Ron Wells (Shirley), Gary Richard Wells and Kelly Nelson (Dewayne); her brother Larry Johnson; and her grandchildren, Chad Wells (Renee), Mark Wells (Cristi), Tyler Wells (Hannah), Jason Wells (Casie), Scott Wells (Felicia), Tessa Wood, Kayla Little (James) and Halie Nelson. She is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
