She is survived by: her children, Rick McPhail, David McPhail and Shelley Varnell Leitner; her siblings, Charles Coombe, Tony Coombe, Phillis Bratcher and Carolyn Carlson; and her grandchildren, Cody McPhail, Alicia Bates, Austin Wallace, Tiffany Smith and Kayla Leitner.
