He was predeceased by: his parents, Earnest Keedy and Helen Farrow Keedy; and his former wife Rose Ann Stover. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Powell-Keedy; his children, Mark Waller, Jamie Keedy (Alathia) and Samantha Finley (Darrell); his grandchildren, Melody, Jason and Brandon; and his brothers, Frank (Lila) and David Farrow (Janet). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
