He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Fowler; and his parents, Levi Fowler and Lela Fowler. He is survived by: his children, Robert Fowler, Richard Fowler, Honey Sue Smith (David), Ruby Diana Pratt (Stephen) and Johnny Mack Fowler, Jr. (Michela); and his grandchildren, Anthony Albert, Carla Albert, Jessica Huckabee, Robbie Lee Fowler, Kristina Fowler, Colton Levi Fowler, Jackie Fowler and Destinee Fowler. He is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren.
