He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Hoofman and Anna Jane Hoofman; and his brothers, Randy Hoofman and Larry Hoofman. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Hoofman; his children, Sheila Hoofman-Daniel of Judsonia and Jeffery Hoofman of Judsonia; his grandchildren, Alania Spiker of Bald Knob and Haley Johannes (Anthony) of Judsonia; his great grandchildren, Cassius of Bald Knob, Rhiannon of Judsonia, Lillian of Judsonia, Allison of Judsonia, Madelynn of Judsonia and Samuel; and his brothers, Ray Hoofman (Rosemary) of Judsonia and Donnie Hoofman (Fern) of Searcy. He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Powell Funeral Home & Cremation Services (1272 AR-367, Bald Knob, AR 72010). A memorial service was held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
