He was predeceased by: his father Sid Tatum. He is survived by: his mother Elwanda Tatum; his son-in-law Michael Teague; his grandsons, Tyler and Logan Teague; his siblings, Bobby Tatum (Thelma), Wanda Chism and Cheryl Kelton (Ron); his wife Barbara Tatum; his daughter Melissa Teague; his brother Harold Deen Tatum; and his nephew Ted Kelton. He is also survived by his nieces and nephew.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that memorial donations be sent to Victory Church, 143 Powder Fork Road, Bald Knob, AR 72010.
