He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Dillard and Peggy Green Dillard; and his brother Charles Dillard. He is survived by: his wife Suzette Moore Dillard; his children, Jaymie Dillard (Christie) of Clarendon, Justin Dillard (Andrea) of Judsonia, Jared Dillard (Heather) of Judsonia, Josh Dillard (Alisa) of Pangburn and Amy Stanley of Conway; and his brothers, Gordon Dillard of Bald Knob and Chester Dillard of Russellville. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
