He was predeceased by: his parents, Gene Baird and Clara Irene Parsons (Robinson); his wife Marcelle "Marcie" Parsons; and his sisters, Sherry Feagin, Carol Carter and Brenda Feagin.
He is survived by: his children, Savannah Parsons and Stuart Parsons; his grandson Devyn Parsons; his sister Glenda Downs; and his pet Bozo.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Powell Funeral Home & Cremation Services (1272 AR-367, Bald Knob, AR 72010). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
