It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Douglas Basinger of Bald Knob, Arkansas, who passed away on March 17, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Basinger and Annie Basinger (Widener); his brother Ronnie Basinger; his nephew Randy Basinger; his brothers-in-law, Charlie Musgrove and Buddy Lundsford; and his nephew Stuart Lunsford.
He is survived by: his sons, Todd, Kenny and Dennis Basinger; his stepdaughter Jennifer Beardsley; his adoptive sons, Johnny Brock and Jason Jernigan; his sisters, Mary Ann Musgrove and Peggy Lundsford; his grandchildren, Riley Joe Landis, Jacob Basinger, Gunner Basinger, Taylor Snodgrass, Valarie Basinger, Daisy Basinger and Brittani Basinger; his great grandchildren, Taylynn Mosley and Tye Mosley; his girlfriend Donna Root; his girlfriend's children, Jake Root and Katie Bond; and also, Adam and Eric. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
