He was predeceased by: his parents, A. P. Collins and Mildred Collins (Reyer); his brother Logan Collins; and his brother-in-law Terry Carver. He is survived by: his children, Monica Collins Roberts (Tim) and Dr. Derek Collins (Elizabeth); his grandchildren, Mica Roberts Weis (Brendan), Brayden Roberts (Hannah Fisher), Gracey Collins Robinson (Sawyer), Mary Collins, Sadey Collins and Kayla Roberts Burkett (Marcus); his great grandchildren, Taten, Macksyn Weis, John Marc, Lillian and Blair Burkett; his siblings, Alfred Collins (Margaret) and Bessie Jean Carver; and his sister-in-law Linda Collins. He is also survived by seven nieces and nephews and several great-nieces and great-nephews; many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
