He was predeceased by: his father Milburn Chumley. He is survived by: his wife Donna Chumley of Bald Knob; his daughters, Kelly Throckmorton (Eric) of Bald Knob and Kim Duncan of Clinton; his grandchildren, Sydney Martin (Ben) of Mustang, OK and Shelbey Throckmorton; his great grandchild Maebrea Jae Capps of Conway; and his brother Neal Chumley (Carolyn) of Searcy. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
