He was predeceased by: his parents, John Ed and Lucy Bell Milligan (Fain); his brother John Marvin Milligan; and his granddaughter Kinley Crews. He is survived by: his wife Linda Milligan; his son Scott (Pam Milligan) of Lead Hill; his granddaughters, Mikala-Tanner Phillips and Katelyn-Landon Moore of Harrison, AR; his children, Kirby (Allison Martin) of Pleasant Plains, AR and Kristy Martin Crews (Mike Thomas) of Jonesboro, AR; his grandchildren, Cody-Carlina Martin, Kyle-Erica Martin, Drew Martin (Makayla Dubreville), Mattie Martin, Keegun, Kyla Yancey and Kaemon Crews; his great grandchildren, Caylee Martin and Landry Martin; his sister-in-law Carolyn Milligan of Little Rock, AR; and his brothers, Gary and Tom Milligan of Lead Hill.
