She is survived by: her husband Troy Smith; her daughters, Sherry Lewis of Jonesboro, Kim Smith of El Dorado and Theresa Zieber (Blake) of St. Augustine, Florida; her siblings, Linda Thompson of Bald Knob, Donnie Fowler of Missouri, Robert Fowler of Arizona, John Bell of Missouri, Richie Fowler of Missouri and Vickie Fowler of Missouri; her grandchildren, Ryan Lee of Florida, Breanna Coates of Florida, Jordan Lee of Indiana, Lindsey Lewis of Newport, Madeline Lewis of Newport and Katie Lewis of Newport; and her great grandchildren, Adalee Seuell, William Seuell and Rosalee Coates.
