He was predeceased by: his parents, Lowell Farnsworth and Louise Farnsworth; his wife Violet Buckner Farnsworth; his daughter Melissa Dawn Colter; and his brother Danny Farnsworth.
He is survived by: his daughter Davieanna Farnsworth Crutchfield (John); his siblings, Lee Farnsworth (Margaret), Robert Farnsworth, Terry Farnsworth, Jerry Farnsworth (Barbara), Lynn Farnsworth, Wayne Farnsworth (Lynette), Phyllis Martin (Adrian), Shirley Wadley (Danny), Delma Rutherford, Gwen Dodson and Sonya Mobley (Johnny); and his grandsons, Aiden Collins, Eli Willis and Langston Collins.
