He was predeceased by: his daughter Shelly; his parents, Maynard Adkins and Maybell Adkins; his brother Lester Adkins; and his nephew Nathan Evans.
He is survived by: his siblings, Dennis (Jackie) of Judsonia and Ruthanne Barnett of Bradford; and his sister-in-law Shirley Adkins of Bald Knob. He is also survived by Six nephews and 2 nieces he was the most fun and cool uncle.
