He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Johnson; his children, Paul Johnson, Judy Johnson, Patsy Johnson, Jackie Martin and Mary Bellflower; and his stepchildren, Addie Hicks, Roy, Robbie Hoyle, Sammy, Jackie Hoyle, Billy, Carol Hoyle, Paul, Mary Hoyle, Bill, Cindy Drazer, Oscar and Maria Hoyle. He is also survived by 32 step-grandchildren and a host of friends.
