She is survived by: her son John R. Johnston (Elizabeth) of Bald Knob, Arkansas; her grandson Craig W. Johnston (Amanda); her stepgrandson Donnie R. Tempel; and her great grandchildren, Chase W. Johnston and Erik Hodges of Chickasha, Oklahoma. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
