He is survived by: his close friend Patricia Thomas; his children, Steve Collier (Lori) of Fayetteville, Amy Collier Page (Colorado) of Cabot and Brandi Eisenhower (Joey) of Austin; his grandchildren, Steven, Jacob, Brady Collier, Brooklyn Page Luck, Ava and Zoey Eisenhower; his great grandchild Aspen Kate Luck; and his siblings, Doris Morris of Cabot and Dewey Wayne Collier (Eva Dell) of Cabot. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
