It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jason Elroy Rook of Austin, Arkansas, born in Dardanelle, Arkansas, who passed away on July 14, 2022, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Rook and Annie Moore Rook. He is survived by: his wife Ngoc "Ruby" Rook; his daughter Jenna Rook; his stepdaughter Anh Thu "Amy" Nguyen; his children, Lyndsey Smith (Zach) and Jacob Rook (Sierra); his grandchildren, Eli Smith, Cage, Acen and Kamilla Rook; his siblings, Marilyn Rook, Dickey and Dwight Scott; and his great-aunt Gretchen Madison. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
