He was predeceased by: his parents, W. B. Moore and Carolyn Gertrude Williams-Moore; and his niece Amy Parks. He is survived by: his fiancé Jan Payne; his partner's son Brad Smith; his siblings, W. C. Moore (Judy) and Dianna Parks (Steve); his niece Stephanie Jones (Mike); and his nephews, Casey Moore (Brooke), Shawn Parks (Angie) and Ronnie Parks (Kimberly).
