McPhail; her significant other Terry Michael Johnston; her children, David Allen Johnston of Boston and Jessica Mashburn (Thomas) of Ward, Arkansas; her grandchildren, Skylar Johnston, Brylie Mashburn and Emersyn Mashburn; her brother Brian McPhail (Liza); and her close friend Stacy Yardell.
