He is survived by: his significant other Darlene Shufelt; his sons, Chris Caldwell and Paul Caldwell (Malori); his grandchildren, Cheyenne Caldwell and Raven Coffman; and his stepdaughter Kandi Henderson. He is also survived by four brothers and three sisters; many friends.
