He is survived by: his parents, Glenn Taggart and Viola Taggart; his wife Rosemary Taggart; his children, Tammy Taggart Williams (Scott) and Tal Taggart (Lynn); his grandchildren, Tiffany Taggart, Hunter Taggart Williams, Trace Taggart, Marissa Williams and Savannah Williams; and his siblings, Jean Holmes, Annette McClintock, Charles Taggart and Gary Taggart.
