He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Joseph Mack and Margaret Ann Hicks Mack; and his siblings, George Mack and Julia Nall. He is survived by: his uncle Smokey; his children, Steve Mack Jr. (Susan) and Pamela Floyd (Robert); his grandchildren, Brendan Mack (Savannah), Jonah Mack, Andrew Mack, Shelby Floyd (Jamison), Harley Young (Patrick) and Ashley Floyd; his great grandchildren, Garak Mack, Elle Young and Emma-Rose Floyd; and his brothers, Joseph Mack and Charles Mack.
