She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Hughes and Ernestine Hughes; her husband Tommy Taggart; and her sister Sue Wendt. She is survived by: her children, Tammy Taggart Williams (Scott) and Talmage Taggart (Lynn); her grandchildren, Tiffany Taggart Riley (Chandler), Hunter Taggart Williams (Summer), Trace Roberts Taggart, Marissa Kay Williams and Savannah Lyn Williams; and her siblings, Billy Hughes, Diane Bartleson and Ricky Hughes.
