He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Roy and Leta Mae Daniel; his former wife Dena Daniel; and his daughters, Angela Daniel and Audra Richardson.
He is survived by: his sons, Heath Daniel (Heather), Kevin Daniel and Jeremy Daniel (Kelly); his grandchildren, Taylor Daniel, Emma Daniel, Hunter Daniel and Wyat Daniel; his sister Lynn Eimer; and his wife Augusta.
