She is survived by: her children, David Troop (Debbie) of Bald Knob, Mike Troop (Keith) of Conway, Tim Troop of Augusta, Brenda Sumpter (Richard) of Letona and Sherry Jolly (Ron) of Searcy; and her siblings, Lee Roy Ashby of California, Needom Ashby, Rosalee Ashley, John "Frasier" Ashby of Alfred Lee and Arthur "Ott" Ashby. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 23rd 2023 at 11:00 AM at the Powell Funeral Home (700 N 9th St, Augusta, AR 72006). Visitation will be held on Monday, September 23rd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Powell Funeral Home of Woodruff County (700 N 9th St, Augusta, AR 72006). A burial will be held on Monday, September 23rd 2024 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the Augusta Memorial Park.
