She was predeceased by: her husband David Arthur; her parents, Herman Neldon and Gladys Neldon; her daughter Shelly Lorece Arthur; and her brothers, E. B., Ben, Lester and Loyce Neldon.
She is survived by: her children, Michael David Arthur (Dana) of Ward and Karen Sue Weeks (Billy) of Cabot; her brother Ray Neldon of Franklin, Indiana; her grandchildren, Tyler Keith McKim (Kellie) of Cabot, Emma Rae Arthur of Ward and James Lee Herman Arthur of Ward; and her great grandchild Mason Luke McKim. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
