It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kenneth Wayne Arnett of Augusta, Arkansas, who passed away on November 26, 2024, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Arnett Sr. and Joyce Fraizer; his grandparents, Leroy, Hazel Duncan, George and Myrtle Arnett; his parents-in-law, Edgardo Abesamis and Aquilina Abesamis; and his niece Holly Martin.
He is survived by: his wife Ruena Abesamis Arnett; his son Nathan Arnett (Cassandra); his grandchildren, Thad Travis, Addison Arnett and Hunter Arnett; his siblings, Larry Arnett (Connie), Ricky Arnett (Ina), Henry Patrick (Shanta), Thomas Arnett, Michael Arnett, Cathy Stevens, Brenda Nelson and Annette Arnett; his aunt Mary Strivers; and his uncle Leroy Duncan (Louise). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins, brothers and sister-in-laws, and countless friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 29th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Powell Funeral Home & Cremation Services (2602 W Beebe Capps Expy, Searcy, AR 72143). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the St. James Catholic Church (1102 Pioneer Rd, Searcy, AR 72143). A burial was held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 at the Augusta Memorial Park.
