She was predeceased by: her parents, Lucian Franklin Haynes and Elizabeth Ilena Haynes (Stroup); her husband William "Bill" Gordon; and her siblings, Gracie Irene Haynes, Lloyd James Haynes, Millie Christine Haynes, Mable Haynes, Ida Lucille Haynes and Annie Lou Haynes.

She is survived by: her sons, Carl E. "Gene" Cooper and John Cooper. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
