She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Thacker and Doris Lynn Thacker; and her siblings, Lori Stinson and Terry Thacker. She is survived by: her husband Joshua Bliss; her children, Autumn Francis and Sienna Sweeden; her siblings, Gary Thacker, Jerry Thacker, Larry Thacker, Robert Jackson, Debbie Brayn, Rhonda Clark, V. Pearl Lawless and Shawnda Hamby; and her grandchild Adalynn Francis. She is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
