She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Heflin and Verlin Maxwell; her daughter Jaquita Chase; and her granddaughters, Abigail Heflin, Levenah Countryman and Danielle Collins.
She is survived by: her son Tammey Patrick of Atkins; and her siblings, Elton Heflin of Russellville, Elsie Heflin of Atkins and Vonnie Heflin of Atkins.
