He is survived by: his wife Kathy Hubbard of Atkins; his children, Michael Hubbard of Atkins, Christina Blevins of Port Richey, Christopher Hubbard (Monica) of Frederick, Shannon Swank of Middletown, Quinn Stanley of Powell and Karri Berry of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; his sister Doris Singleton (Gary) of Hamilton, Ohio; his sisters-in-law, Joetta Hubbard of Hamilton and Frankie Enfield of Kansas City, Kansas; and his brother Bill Garrett (Sharon) of Marshfield, Missouri. He is also survived by twenty one grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
