He was predeceased by: his mother Heather Wiley; his wife Becky Taylor Wiley; and his brother Robert Paul Wiley. He is survived by: his children, Abbey Wiley Hampton (Robert) of Van Buren and Robbie Wiley (Allison) of Dover; his grandchildren, Larra Wiley, Chase Wiley, Wade Wiley, Jacob Wiley and Lyla Hampton; and his siblings, Louise Burns (Roger), Ruby O'Barron (Steve) and Newton Wiley. He is also survived by five great granddaughters.
